Stock items are eligible for return within 15 days of receiving. Absolutely no returns on Made-to-Order & Custom Order merchandise. Absolutely no returns, refunds or exchanges on our Body Piercing Jewelry merchandise.
To be eligible for a return, your item
- Must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Be unworn or unused
- Still have tags attached and be in its original packaging
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
- Must have been delivered to a US or Canadian address. Refunds for international orders will be made only for incorrect, damaged or faulty items.

Damages and related issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can make it right.
Return
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we’ll automatically refund your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Mail us your packaged item along with the Return form.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
